• My Media Library has a lot of entries labeled (no topic), that have no link and no size. Every time I try to add a new item to the library, it adds another one of these instead of adding the item I’m trying to put in there. I can’t find a way to get rid of them; none of the library or database cleaners I’ve tried do anything at all to them.

I’ve already tried the traditional fallback reply that tells me to disable all plugins and then enable them one at a time to see which one is causing the problem. I’ve done it three times, and nothing changes no matter where I am in that process.

I have the latest version of everything.

    Suggestions?

  • Hi, @elffuts

It sounds like you have an issue with your WordPress Media Library. There could be a few different things that could be causing this issue.

One possibility is that you have a plugin conflicting with the Media Library. In this case, you could try deactivating all of your plugins and then reactivating them one at a time to see if the issue is resolved.

Another possibility is that there is an issue with your WordPress database. In this case, you could try running a database optimization plugin to see if that helps resolve the issue.

It’s also possible that there is an issue with your theme. In this case, you could try switching to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-One, to see if the issue is resolved.

    Thank you.

Thanks, but, if you read my explanation you would know that I already tried all of those things. That’s why I asked for help. What else might be a solution to the problem?
