Can you try some basic troubleshooting? These steps will temporary and you can undo them right afterwards.

    – Switch to the Twenty Fourteen theme
    – Deactivate all of your plugins, no exceptions
    – Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
    – Re login to your site and see if media library displays (isn’t blank)

If that does resolve this then can you activate a plugin, try again, activate another, try again etc.? Switch back your theme last.

If it is a plugin or theme issue then that will help identify where the problem is.

So I deactivated all the plugins and the page started working, so I then start re-enabling theme one by one, but after re-enabling them all the page was still working. The only problem now is that Jetpact won’t connect.

It says ‘Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 404]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: https://jetpack.me/support/’

But the media page is working.

Hi, trying visiting Settings > Permalinks in your dashboard, then trying to reconnect Jetpack to see if it works.

That’s odd but it may be that something was cached and prevented the media library from working.

For activating Jetpack try deactivating your other plugins and see if you can then activate it. If it does activate then re-enable those plugins.
