media library and post attachment

  • I’have some problem in admin-panel after updating:
    A) media attached to post
    EX: I’ve uploaded a file in a post;when editing or updating the post I try to wiew only post’s attachment does not work correctly

    B) MEDIA LIBRARY
    when exploring media library all media uploaded after upgrading wordpress to 3.9 don’t seem attached to a post
