    I am not sure if it is because of my WP old version, I found the images couldn’t be loaded in Media library. Also my post page builder changed too. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Are you receiving any sort of error messages when the images aren’t uploaded? What has changed on your page builder? Could you please provide a link to your website for reference?
