Media is imported – but not showing in media library

Hi,
I just imported the content for my site from one server to another. Including all media and file attachments.

When I imported the images to the brand new wp-install, I got a message that the Media Already Exists. But when I go to my Media Library it’s all empty, saying no media was found.

However, my site works fine (showing all the images), and when i check the urls of my images they are in the wp-content/uploads/ folder of the new site.

So the images are copied onto the new server, they are just not showing up in the media library.

Any solution to how i can get my images to show in the media library?
