I inserted an image inside my pop-up’s text but if I set the trigger to “Time” and change the delay from zero seconds i.e. immediately to anything higher than zero, the image will not show.

I recorded the behavior in a video. Let me know if it would help and if so, how I can share it with you.

    Thanks !

    Hi @uberdude

Based on your video it seems like some issue/conflict with lazyloading. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Hustle and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works. Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

Also, while checking the source of your page it looks like you call that image via relative path. Can you try to replace it with an absolute (https) path and see if makes any difference?

Please let us know about the results.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi Nithin !

I performed the disabling of all extensions but the problem remained. Your hint about the lazy loading put me on the right track though. In our “The Gem” WordPress theme I found the parameter where it is set and I changed it from JS Lazy Loading to Native Lazy Loading and it solved the issue.

So, as you said earlier, we can now close this issue.
