Media Header – Problem with video

    Hello and thank in advance for your help.

    Concerning this theme ??radiate??
    I uploaded a video in the ??header media?? section
    (apparence / customize / header media)

    I fully respected the technicals informations
    (.mp4 – 1500x450px)

    The video works well under :
    – Firefox
    – Safari
    BUT it don’t works under :
    – Chrome
    – Opera
    (I didn’t check with IE – Edge – I work under Mac)

    The problem is the same if I input a Youtube URL

    What can I do for fix this problem ?

    Are you still facing the video issue? I checked your site but it seems you have set the header media as an image. Please let us know if you want help with that.

    thanks for your answer.

    I found the problem ??
    It didn’t come from the header media setting with an image (you need to have an image on the header media, if not it doesn’t appear on the website).

    the problem came from the conversion to the mp4 file: my H264 codec was not correctly configured in my convertion software.
