Media Grid with Pagination does not display correctly

I’m a noob to WordPress but I’ve been in talks with the theme developers (I’m using Driver Child – Ultimate Creative WP Theme v 1.0 by IronTemplates) and they have not helped me solve the issue.

I added a simple media grid element using Visual Composer 4.5 by WPBakery and elected to use pagination because there are a lot of images to display. However, when I select pagination from the display style options list the grid is cut off and only the top row displays.

I have updated all of my plugins and my theme to the most current versions. I have also deactivated all my plugins and cleared my browser’s cache, then activated them one by one but the issues has still not been resolved.
