Media Grid broken after 6.2.2 update

  • After updating to WP 6.2.2 my media grid no long displays any images and I cannot upload new images. I am using Avada 7.11.2. I have disabled the plugins and switched to the Twenty-Twenty-Three theme. Does not help. I tried to downgrade but it broke the site. This is really driving me crazy. WordPress has always worked and suddenly this is happening on two of my sites.
    I am hosted on a private IIS site located on an AWS server, but up until a week ago I have had no problems. Running php 8.0 and MySQL server 8.0. Any help with this would be SOOOO appreciated.

    I have reinstalled wordpress twice. I have installed health Check and disabled all plugins. I have switched to a default theme. Nothing works.
