Media | Google Drive WP Media page blank

I installed and activated the plugin. I want to link my google drive folder. I selected Media and I see GDWPM Categories and that appears to be working. When I select Google Drive WP Media to configure, all I get is a completely blank page with just the title “Google Drive WP Media”.

What am I missing?
