Media Gallery not showing when Web Stories plugin enabled

Console errors can provide a clue or even an explanation to the cause of issues in Web Stories. Could you please check for any browser console errors?

Do you see the same issue when using an incognito browsing window?

Sure ! Sorry about not giving more details, I didn’t know what you need.
Here you go :

• Media gallery loaded successfully until, I guess, one or two last updates of Web Stories plugin.
• Sure, it gives a 500 error on ./wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?_fs_blog_admin=true
• Same behavior in incognito browsing window.

@wecomm From the console errors provided, 500 errors generally indicate server errors but could also be caused by a number of reasons.

Please share the following information and we can hopefully assist and ensure the plugin works for you as expected:

1) Your Site Health information. We will check for any obvious plugin conflicts. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.

2) Does this error occur when Web Stories is the only plugin active and using a default theme?

3) Please could you follow our troubleshooting guide which will identify any potential plugin conflicts. If you do find any then please let us know.
