Media Gallery – Description Before Upload

    Hi everyone,
    I have question:
    Is it possible to force user/admin/or anyone else to set up Description,alt text and Caption BEFORE uploading a media file ?
    I have set up plugin to autopublish new images uploaded to Media Gallery.
    The script works like that:

    1. Upload file
    2. Creating post with title as filename and putting file name under picture

    I can set up it to publish description and captions but in moment when this post is publishing this variables doesn’t exist. It start existing when I edit my images in Media Gallery, but It’s too late now.

    I hope it makes sense.

    Maybe there is another solution: plugin/script to make photos as posts with descriptions/tags/etc . I want to post it because I want to search images with WordPress Search.
