Media Files or iTunes Subscription

I have subscriptions to cancer information sites that are delivered to my iTunes. Is there a plugin where I can subscribe to my iTunes downloads and collect the links on a page in my website. I use RSS Multi-Importer for subscriptions to non iTunes podcasts and it works great, but I don’t think there is a way to redirect the subscriptions.

The second question that I have is that obviously, WordPress has a media download capability but it would overtax my hosting account. Does any one know of a good off website media storage which can be accessed by RSS Multi-Importer or another similar plugin.
