Media Files not working

Hi,

yesterday I’ve downloaded the last version of WordPress and installed it through Filezilla on my ftp. Everything was going well, until I wanted to add a picture or logo. My media folder adds the file, but doesn’t show it, it shows a ‘?’.

I think there is something wrong with a setting to show the media files. Could anyone help me to solve this?
