media files have been uploaded in an unconventional way

This is a pre-purchase question. I’m currently working on a site where media files have been uploaded in an unconventional way: I have almost 60,000 in the Uploads folder and only 3000 present in WordPress media, and then many broken links are present in front because the filenames are not cleaned up or normalized (Filenames look like ‘Capture-d’écran-à-12.23.45.png’ and their URLs look like https://monsite.fr/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Capture-d’écran-à-12.23.45.png)

I feel like I’m going to have to use your Media Cleaner plugin and then your Media Renamer plugin.

Would you mind detailing the procedure for your plugins to automate as much of the work as possible please?
