Media Files Gone?

  • Hey I realize this question has no doubt been asked before but anyhoo, I logged out after doing tons of work on my site and when i logged back in later on i found my Header image missing and logo had gone ??
    navigated over to WP media and “Thump!” All my pics had gone on holiday ?

    So is this common, Can it be undone, Please help as i have looked on the forum and cant see where the discussion is for this.
