    Hi @alexthewan

    Thanks for reaching out. There are many reasons for it but the most important one is the permissions settings for your website. You don’t have to worry about the images are those are dummy images. You have to use your own product images later on.

    I’m creating a video with an overview on your topic. It is important to me that the audience sees how to import. I used to be able to do it with the same rights. Please check your server. Maybe it’s him? Test the import yourself on a test site.

    The mistake is on your side. I changed the domain in the xml file for import and everything was perfectly imported.

    Hi @alexthewan

    I just tried out the demo import on a fresh test website and it seems to work fine on it. Note that it’s not possible to add user domain names on the XML file as we don’t know who’s going to use this theme and the XML file is generated by the WordPress default settings (Tools -> Export )
