media files are disappeared from wordpress same time every week

  • Hi, I hope somebody can help. I’m at my wits end.

    For some reason every week, two days worth of media files just disappears from the library. They are not in the trash or anything. The logs don’t show that is has been removed. Its as if it disappers in thin air.

    I have spoken to my host and they said its nothing to do with them. Also spoke to my web developer and he said he does not know why its happening.

    My site is a members site, where they can upload their profile pictures so i have over 3000 images. I think this has only started in the last few weeks. I have has a redesign so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

    It seems to happen at the same time every week too.

    I would be grateful for any help.
