    Hi

I tried importing from joomla site with demo content and the media file are not importing even after providing correct details.

Enabled – Force media import. Keep unchecked except if you had previously some media download issues.

    WordPress content removed
    Importing categories…
    2 categories imported
    Importing posts…
    7 posts imported
    0 medias imported

Is there anything else to make it work?

    Thanks

In the URL field you must enter the URL of the live Drupal site.
And the Drupal site must be up and accessible during the migration.

You shouldn’t need to select “Force media import”.

    Thanks for the info
Drupal site url was entered correctly and its up. But not importing any images. Same issue for Joomla as well. Is there any server specific things we need to check?

The WordPress server needs to access the Drupal site by HTTP/HTTPS.
That means that the port 80 should be open in output on the WordPress server.
