Media Error on browser on one device

  • The background video on homepage is causing a Media error to show up in search results for my client.

    Under the website, it says “Media error Format(s) not supported or source not found,” then it has the url for background video.

    When I bring it up in all browsers on my devices, it is fine. It has the homepage excerpt instead of the media error message

    Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix?
