Media element Link not working

  • The link that was assigned to the SHOP button on the parallax doesn’t work anymore. Since the upgrade in WordPress its been quirky. I had to add 500px of blank space so that elements below the parallax would stop overlapping it. WPBakery clearly shows the parallax separated from elements below it, but on the screen they overlap it. so i added the blank space element 500px wide vertically. Also the link is un-clickable even though it is showing set up on the background. How to fix this??
