Media Deletion: Error in deleting the attachment.

    I reviewed all topics related to this issue, but none were helpful. I disabled all plugins and tested multiple default WordPress themes (from Twenty Nineteen to Twenty-Four), yet the issue persists.

    Here’s a quick summary of steps taken:

    1. Created a staging site to replicate the issue.
    2. Disabled all plugins and used a default WordPress theme.
    3. Run a database repair.
