Media can’t be uploaded showing warning & WPSmush missing

  • Hi Experts,

    I am facing 2 issues.

    1. I was having WPSmush plugin(free) and I can able to see that under Media. But recently I have included new plugin called – ‘Image attributes’ and now I could not see the WPSMUSH under Media.

    2. I am unable to upload any media and getting below warning

    Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=2216943 in?/home/theora7/AKILASKITCHEN.COM/wp-includes/wp-db.php?on line?1924

    I am not sure how to solve it. Kindly help.

  • @arakilandeswari – I would suggest the “new” plugin might be part of the issue you are seeing and would recommend deactivating it to see if that helps with getting your site back to what you are used to seeing. If this is a conflict between the two plugins you might want to put your concerns forward to both authors to see if one (or both) have any further suggestions to correct this.
