    Hi!

I’m experiencing an issue where the media cache parameter is placed at the wrong position due to a special character in the original URL.

    I am expecting this:
    /uploads/2019/05/23135001/istanbul-Karako%CC%88y.jpg?x58773

But somehow the URLs with a special char become:
    /uploads/2019/05/23135001/istanbul-umbrella-street-Karako&?x58773#x308;y.jpg

Could you let me know if the issue is something that could be coming from the plugin?

    Hello @nicknoordijk

Thank you for your question and I am happy to assist you with this.
The query parameter ?x58773 is added by the option in Performance>Browser Cache>”Prevent caching of objects after settings change”
Are you only experiencing this for the images that have special characters?
Can you please share the website URL?
Also, there is not much use in using that parameter for images since every image has a different name, and also, rarely the existing image is being replaced with a different image with the same name. So you can easily disable that option only for images in Performance>Browser Cache>Media&Other Files.

    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,

I am not sure why that is turned on.
You can see two images not loading right about this title:

I will disable it now and see if it’s solved. Thank you for the very fast reply!
