Media button error and title edit on post format

Have 2 problem:

1. If put post form not only on front (home) page (ex. author page or archive), media button (for upload media files) stop working when click. How can put post form on another page, that (insert media files) would be fine work?

2. Can`t edit Title in “post” format message. If click “edit” and after save, post change wrong title name. I think have problem with default category name “post”. If change category name, where posts saving (ex. postS or main) title can change right, but then post save not on correct category. In before version P2 theme not have this problem, and can change (edit) title on post format message.
