    Hey there,
I am just starting a website for Learn content. My first step would be to provide some PDF’s for my actual students in my real world courses.
I created an extra Sensei course for that purpose and added a PDF file both, in a lesson and in the course itself. When I click on preview, everything is there. I can see the attached document. But when I visit the page as a normal user without beeing logged in to my WP page (incognito mode in chrome), I don’t see any attachments. Also I don’t see the Button to enroll the course in the incognito mode. Did I set up anything wrong, so that my visitors don’t get the chance to actual enroll and see the content.

All my Plugins an WP are updated to the latest version.
I also have woocommerce installed but not linked to that course, yet.

Thanks for any help. Maybe it’s a really simple thing, because I’m not really experienced with WordPress.

I’m not able to duplicate this on my test site; here, I added a downloadable file and it appears this way on the course page: https://cloudup.com/c65n8rTMDNe

I uploaded it via the Media block in Gutenberg. It displays for both logged-in and logged out users.

How are you attaching the file? Are you using Gutenberg, the Classic Editor, or something else?

Thank you so much. You already solved my problem!
I used the Sensei Media Attachment Plugin to attach my PDF’s.
Now I am simply using Gutenbergs Data Block and it works fine.
I also noticed, that all Sensei-settings have a decent delay until they show up on my live page. That have been the reason for many confusions. Now I know that I always have to wait 1-3 Minutes before I check results. Is that normal?

    Hi Gregor,

Great, glad to hear it. ??

That absolutely shouldn’t be happening (and doesn’t on my test site). Are WordPress and Sensei up to date? What version of PHP are you using? How much memory do you have allocated to WordPress?

    Best,
