Meda Insert Fails

Hello,
I had to deactivate this plugin due to it was preventing the insertion of any image into a post. You can upload image, select insert into post, but it doesn’t come in.
After deactivating this plugin, was able to insert image.
Hope this gets fix, as we really like the document insert function…
