Meal Prep Service – Requiring 5 dish selection before purchase

Hi everyone,

We working on a “meal-prep” shop for a local restaurant and they currently sell a meal plan in which you can select 5 dishes and pay a flat-rate for them. I’m having trouble implementing this in WooCommerce and frankly don’t know where to start.

These is what we are trying to achieve…

There’s a single fee.

There are 5 different dish/product options (which must be separate products so the restaurant can track their sale later).

The sale should include a minimum of 5 product selections. And will default to one of each unique dish.

Buyers can mix and match from the 5 dish selection. They could get 5 of the same, or one of each (default) or any other mix.

tldr:
So it’s like a “bundling” service in which you always have to choose 5 products before being able to purchase.

Is there a way to do this? A combination of extensions, or maybe WooCommerce features that can help achieve this? We are open to evaluate premium extensions, as well as doing custom code work in-house.
