ME Calendar Lite “mecMonthlyView is not a function” in Safari and FireFox

  • Hi,

    I have ME Caldendar Lite installed (version 6.5.3) and get the error:
    “Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).mecMonthlyView is not a function”

    This happens only in FireFox and Safari and when using the latest version of jQuery Migrate (version 3.3.2) that comes with WordPress.

    If I install an old version of Enable jQuery Migrate Helper (version 1.3.0), I do not get the error and can navigate between monthly views.

    Is this something that can be fixed?

    To clarify, we do not want to have to use the old version of Enable jQuery Migrate Helper as that is only a temporary fix. Thanks!

    Hello @jwallace191,

    For troubleshooting, please deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.
