mdf_custom template only visible when special Theme

    Hi guys

    I have some troubles with the mdf_custom template. I have it running on two different servers with exact the same themes and same settings. But on my new wordpress intallation it does not show the templates when I use any theme but Twenty Thirteen. So it works only withy the Twenty Thirteen team

    Does anyone know why this is so and can help me?
