    Hi,

    I’m getting an error in the user settings under Current one-time password (update)

    Warning: mcrypt_decrypt(): Received initialization vector of size 0, but size 16 is required for this encryption mode in /wp-content/plugins/two-factor-authentication-premium/includes/class.TFA.php on line 511

    Plugin version: 1.2.12 (premium)
