MCE Table Buttons > ROWSPAN not working, HELP !

I am trying to make the left column span all of the rows so I can put a list of service options while not affecting the spacing of the example videos on the right. I have read all over to use the rowspan html, but it isn’t working. Can anyone tell me how to do this in WordPress?
