mcb in a plugin

creating my first plugin, would like to customize MCB in a certain way:
example:
header 1, content 1, header 2, content 2, etc
Each of these post boxes are labeled respectively, and not “multiple content block”Is this achievable by editing the plugin, or including it in my own plugin?
