Thanks for sharing your experience. The notice you’ve shared indicates a direct limitation from Google Merchant Center, resulting from reaching the allowed limit – it’s not related to the Google Listings & Ads plugin.
You can resolve the issue by requesting for a quota increase from GMC. Google merchant center has more information on this here.
Could you please confirm the number of items in your product feed?
