I created an account in the Google Listings & Ads Plugin
Currently my Google Merchant Center account is limited and cannot add any new products. I have deleted all the old products but still cannot add new products.
Is there any way to fix this?
    Very disappointed in this product.

    Hi @kadenelatakeily1939,

The issue you’re experiencing is related to the Google Merchant Center account capacity. If you have already deleted old products and still can’t add new ones, it could be due to Google’s limitations, not the plugin itself.

You might want to review Google’s policies and restrictions on product listings. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Google Merchant Center Support for further assistance. They should be able to provide more insight into why you cannot add new products.

You can increase your quota by requesting it here:?https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/additional_items

My Google merchant account is managed by the Google Listings & Ads Plugin. I can’t control my account. That’s the reason for this problem.

    HI @kadenelatakeily1939

I understand your concern and frustration. While the Google Listings & Ads plugin does help manage your Google Merchant Center account, it does not have control over Google’s limitations and policies.

However, you do have the ability to manage and control your Google Merchant Center account directly. You can log into your Google Merchant Center account and review any notifications or alerts that might give more insight into why you cannot add new products.

If you’re still having trouble, you might want to consider contacting Google Merchant Center Support directly for further assistance. They can provide detailed information on why you’re experiencing these limitations and how you can resolve them.

You can also send a request to Google to increase your quota:?https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/additional_items

I hope this clarifies your concern. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

I have removed all products in Google Merchant Center. And re-imported but only 12 products were accepted. It’s crazy, I will never use this Plugin to create a Google Merchant Center account again. https://i.postimg.cc/L8L161V3/temp-Image-Zrec-XM.jpg

    Hello @kadenelatakeily1939,

I understand you are still experiencing issues with the Google Merchant Center plugin.

It’s important to note that the plugin is just a tool to help facilitate the connection between your site and the Google Merchant Center, as the acceptance of products is largely dependent on Google’s policies and guidelines.

In that case, I recommend reviewing the error messages you received during the import process. These messages will provide more insight into why certain products weren’t accepted. Also, please make sure that all your products meet Google’s product data specifications. You can learn more from their guide here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=en

You can also request Google to increase your quote by filling the details in this link: https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/additional_items

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions.

    Cheers.

If I create a Google Merchant Center account on my own without going through this Plugin, my account will not be limited like that
That’s the problem the Plugin needs to solve with Google Merchant Center.

    Hi @kadenelatakeily1939

This might seem a bit strange and out of the ordinary, but let’s figure it out together! When you set up your MC account directly, how do you import your product from WooCommerce to Google Merchant Center? Do you do it manually or use a plugin?

Please note that the plugin is designed to facilitate the integration process between your WooCommerce store and Google Merchant Center. However, the acceptance of products and the limitations set are controlled by Google’s policies and not by the plugin itself.

If you can only import 12 products using the Google Listings & Ads plugin, you may be experiencing a syncing issue or a problem with your products.

Please navigate to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads > Product Feed and check if there are any errors displayed. Could you also take a screenshot of this page and share it with us? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
