mc4wp form not submitting.

    Hi, i have a problem with de submit button. The button dont submit
    i tried with this checklist:

    1. Go to “MailChimp for WP > Forms”, delete all fields and add them again.
    2. Disable any security plugins
    3. I create a test page and add the shortcode of our form to it but without using any page builder.
    4. I turn off Google reCaptcha in Mailchimp for WP it submits the form.

    There are no messages, there are no errors, that I can see.
    The version of MailChimp for WordPress is 4.5.1
    WordPress 5.1.1 & PHP version 7.0.33

    the code, for my shortcode is

    <input type=”email” name=”EMAIL” placeholder=”Tu email” required=””>
    <input type=”submit” value=”Suscribirme”>

    otherwise, with contact form 7, it work.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    To debug this further, can you please temporarily disable all other plugins except ours, switch to default WordPress theme and test again? if that works, then first switch back to your original theme and then enable 1 plugin at a time and test again. This will help us find if there is any plugin conflict.

    I just had to disable the plugins and it worked.
    The plugin that generated conflict was Limb Gallery (Version 1.3.2)
    now it is disabled.
    But, this plugin is also necessary. Can something be done?

    Can I activate the plugin or do you need i to be left inactive?

    Hello,

    It’s possible that this other plugin is disabling any JavaScript form submission. Can you please also contact their developer and report this? Let us know what they reply.
