• Wanted to like it. Client purchased MC integration but it does not work. Developer does NOT respond to support requests. There’s a Github issue on this that’s been open for a month and a half. Unacceptable for a paid plugin. Telling client to do a chargeback since no response from the developer.

  • I think they have got too big too soon and are overstretched as far as looking after customer complaints.

Understandable if it were a free plugin. Maybe don’t take people’s money then? In any case, I used Gmail to MC Zap to get this done. Unfortunately client will have to do a chargeback. They do have 30 day refund policy but that’s useless if they don’t answer email.

I have been happily using QMN for some years until recently, it will no longer show the correct answer in response to a user answer submitted. The problem occurs when I update to WordPress 4.6.1. When I reload an older version of WordPress and QMN, the program is fine and is still fine when I update to the latest QMN version. However when I update to WordPress 4.6.1 the program will now not show the correct answers nor show any input in the results page. I have tried various ways to contact Frank Corso about this problem, but all I receive is an automated response saying my problem will be attended to.

Have now had the problem resolved, but it took a long while. As I said, think they’ve grown too big too soon.
