    Hello,

I recently received a notification in the plugin stating:
“Your server does not meet the requirements for PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce. Please check the Status page for more information.”

After reviewing the status page, I noticed the following:

    • MBString Extension: Required – Yes; Present – 8.2.15 (No. Recommended, will use fallback functions).

However, the MBString extension is enabled on my server, and everything seems configured correctly on Hostinger. Could you please clarify why the plugin still shows a fallback warning and if this could affect the plugin’s performance?

    Best regards,
    Zmicier

@maxwww The minimum recommended WordPress memory is 128MB, but your current limit is only 40MB.

A low WordPress memory limit may occasionally terminate processes due to exceeding this limit, leading to unexpected issues. Therefore, it is strongly advised to increase your WordPress memory limit.

Where can I change this limit on OVH hosting?

    Hi Ruud,

I had the same issue, and after reaching out to the plugin support team, they confirmed that this is a false alarm. There’s no need to worry about it, as the extension (MBString) is working correctly, and it does not affect the plugin’s performance.

The support team mentioned that they are aware of the issue and are already working on a fix for it in an upcoming update.

So for now, you can safely ignore the message.

    Kind regards,
    Zmicier
