    Most likely whatever is generating that page – plugin or theme, is not applying the ‘the_content’ filter to the page content.

    Post your question on the plugin or theme’s page. Nothing this plugin or I can do about it. Basically the plugin code is not even being called. Some other code (usually the theme) has to run wp’s ‘apply-filters’, and echo the result as the modified page content.
    One of those filters will be the do_widget. WP will replace the [do_widget…. in the content with the result of the plugin code.

    Right now, it looks like no filters are being applied and so that [do_widget is just normal text.
