    I purchased this plugin and have not been able to make it work. They have not responded to my Ticket on their site nor my request for a refund. In addition the email they give you of [email protected] bounced back to me as well. I don’t believe they are still around but are still taking people’s money. I will be calling my bank next.

  • I think they may be.. I asked a question about 6 weeks back, almost bought it but thought I’d wait for a response. Hard to tell if this is a one man band .. who may have become ill or something in which case I could sympathise.. or a company that just doesnt give a shit.
    I’d throw a charge back at them if I were you and get your money back.

    The pandemic has hit us pretty hard. As we continue to try and navigate the restrictions and hurdles, we are still here and currently developing the plugin.

    I hear you about the pandemic and I empathize but you should not continue to sell a product if support is not possible and how do you make good on refunds when your email isn’t working and bounces back?

    In the interest of improvement, and in case others install this product and need assistance, I thought you might be interested in knowing, your system sends an automated email when you install your product:

    As such I opened a ticket on the website in addition to sending an email to [email protected] per your instructions

    [email protected] is not a valid email as it does not exist. I wasn’t aware about the support email address.
