maxresdefault Problem

Your plugin uses maxresdefault thumbnails for all youtube videos but some videos don’t have maxresdefault thumbnail but hqdefault thumbnail. For example you can have a look at the links below:

https://i.ytimg.com/vi/x7kvZjWXWik/hqdefault.jpgI changed the plug-in’s code to use hqdefault instead of maxresdefault so that i have a thumbnail for every embedded video and as a side benefit my site loads faster as hqdefault versions are way smaller than maxresdefault ones.
I like this plugin very much but i have to re-edit its code to make it use hqdefault instead of maxresdefault everytime you guys release an update unless you make a similar code change in your codebase too ??
Would you consider a code change to fix this maxresdefault problem such as using hqdefault instead or using hqdefault when maxresdefault is not available?
