Maxmind Precision Web-API configuration

    Hi there,

    We just purchased credits via https://www.maxmind.com so we how have a License Key and a User ID, so we updated the plugin to use ‘Maxmind Precision Web-API’ and we populated it as below:

    User ID: XXXXXX (as per that found within the https://www.maxmind.com account)
    User Secret: (we couldn’t locate a ‘User Secret’ but we do have a License Key, so we tried that, but sadly it isn’t working)
    API Type: City

    So sorry if this is a really obvious question, but please could you let me know what I am doing wrong and how to locate a User Secret value?

    Yes the Licence key is the “User Secret”. Did you make sure you did not copy whitespace together with it? This is the only thing I could think of right now. I will request a trial from Maxmind in order to debug this …

    So I have tried it with my trial key and it works.
    Maybe contact the Maxmind support?
