MaxMind GeoLite2 Installation Error

When I try to add the API Key to enable MaxMind GeoLite2 in WooCommerce I get this error:

Extraction from phar “/membri/.dummy/temp/geoip_download-UorUy4.tmp” failed: Cannot extract “GeoLite2-Country_20210831/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb” to “/membri/.dummy/temp/GeoLite2-Country_20210831/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb”, setting file permissions failed

This is because my hosting provider doesn’t allow me to access this path. Where can I change it? It’s not the database location, it looks like it’s a path for temp files extraction that is done during the download/installation of the database.
