    Your Increase Maximum Upload File Size plugin confirms that WordPress and other important files are up to date.
    Your plugin also reports Maximum Upload Limit set by WordPress is 64MB and Maximum Upload Limit Set By Hosting Provider is set to 64mb

    BUT I am still restricted to 8mb

    Also noted was an error message at the top of the screen which said
    failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /homepahes/17/23… etc then wp-includes/functions.php on line 6620

    At line 6620 is
    $file_data = file_get_contents( $file, false, null, 0, 8 * KB_IN_BYTES );

    Can you please help me understand what is wrong here?

    Keith..

    Apologies for the late reply, in the end I used another plugin which uploaded without problems up to my ISP limit of 64mb

    Regards

    Keith..

    I have had this same error on a new install, empty test site. Only shows on the plugin page. Any insights?

    thanks

    I did not follow it up and just removed the plugin and found another suitable plugin which worked fine.
