Maximum Question Limit? (Dies after 105 questions)

I really like this plug-in. Unfortunately, it cannot handle more than 105 questions.
I have a comprehensive test made up of other quizzes that I’ve created. Each quiz has 10-12 questions and works great. The comprehensive test has 140 questions. The test works fine through 105 questions, but then going to any questions ≥ 106 forces the plug-in to abort and go straight to the results summary screen.
I’ve tried every exam setting combination (random v non-random sorting, etc), but nothing works. I’ve reviewed the code, but don’t see anything that looks like it limits the total number of questions.
The error is reproduced on every browser: Mac & PC; Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE.
