    Hi

    I have set it to the following Settings:
    General:
    Maximum Products per User : Ticked
    Mode: Product Quantities
    Date range: Lifetime
    Order Status: Processing and completed
    (rest is unticked)

    Limits:
    All Products: Ticked
    Limits per user: 2

    Frontend:
    Validate on add to cart: Checked
    Product notice: Checked
    Multiple notices: Checked

    On the frontend I go to a previously brought product and it shows
    “The remaining amount for MY Product is 1 (you’ve already bought 1 out of 2).” then go to a product not been brought before and I get “The remaining amount for MY Product is 2 (you’ve already bought 0 out of 2).”

    I can add 3 products to the cart with no restriction and order them. Then go back into the shop and buy 5 more random products with no restriction.

    This should be set so I can only buy 2 of any product. Not 2 of each. (by the way when buying trying to add 3 of any product it does tell me I cant), But I need it so I am limited across all products. I should only be able to buy 2 products across the whole site, not just of the same product.

  • Hi Bubblechaz. I’m sorry my reply is not based on your question.

    You asked a question about two years ago. See excerpt of it below.

    “Eventually I will need to grab the current logged in users username and a custom user meta field and put this data into here

    <root>
    <something1>username</something1>
    <something2>123456789</something2>
    <something3>Hello</something3>
    </root>
    and then I will need to format the XML into php when its returned so I can then I can do things with the data.”

    I will please like you to put me through how you were able to activate your php function with button click while passing your data values for use by the script.

    I have a php curl script which works fine when pasted in my theme function.php file. But then, I don’t know how I can call the function with a button click from the front end while also passing the users data for use by the script.
    Thank you.
