“Maximum Order Deliveries” have not been count for manually update

Hi, I set the max. delivery per day is 1, but when I edit the delivery date on order detail, date already assigned with delivery still available to check.
I think the date which reach the maximum should be deactivated. Why will it happen and how can I solve it? Also, will I have a whole list of delivery detail, so I can know what should I deliver on which day?
