Maximum item quantity discount

    I would like this plugin to be able to limit the percentage discount to a certain quantity. For instance to offer a 25% discount for buying two items but no more than two.

    Additionally, it would be great to be able to offer a % discount on any product if you bought another. For instance, buy one and you get a 50% in the second (cheapest or most expensive).
