Maximum file upload message

I am adding [avatar_upload] shortcode in a page and setting the maximum file upload size from the admin panel. But the shortcode outputs the maximum file upload message like these: “Maximum upload file size: 10046KBKB.?Allowed Files:?jpg jpeg png gif“. There is no need to print KB twice. Please fix this and if it is possible then please give the option to display this size in MB also.
