    Hi,
    we are using your plugin by the professional version. We uploaded about 1989 FAQs but it seems that your plugin is not able to handle so much FAQS…
    How to avoid this errors?

    We would like to manage so much FAQ but your plugin seems not working….
    Please tell us a valid solution…

  • Hi Cristian,

    That is a lot of FAQs to show on one page. You would be better off breaking up your FAQs into categories and then displaying different categories on different pages. That would mean less FAQs to query on page load, no timing out and a faster page load. There is no set maximum number of FAQs per category. It just depends on the speed of your server and when it times out.
